3rd Annual CONVERSATION DAY in Bryant Park

CONVERSATION DAY
Saturday, July 16th, 3:00–6:00 pm

Bryant Park (6th Ave. bet. 40th and 42nd Streets)
and throughout the City

FREE, of course.
For further information: Ron Gross at [email protected]

Website: www.conversationsnewyork.com

Conversation Day is a global celebration of the joys and power of Great Talk! Help us join with our friends in London, Paris, Tokyo, and Kuala Lampur — by talking the talk here in the Big Apple! This annual gathering has been hailed as “one of the most exhilarating events of the summer” by The Successful Traveler.

Join us at 3 pm in Bryant Park at the Fountain located at the west edge of the Park, facing 6th Ave., between 40th and 42nd Streets.

You’ll have a choice of topics for discussion (or you can propose your own!), and join a table of 6-15 other lively-minded New Yorkers to share your thoughts, experiences, ideas, insights, and imaginings.

Can’t come to the Park? No problem! Conversation Day encourages gatherings throughout the five boroughs, so please consider gathering some friends, old or new, and discuss a topic of your choice – anytime during that day or evening, anywhere in NYC, indoors or outdoors – and if you like we’ll post it on our on-line calendar which lists over 100 offerings per month. Visit our website, below, for How-To Help including provocative topics, guidelines for a good conversation, and suggestions about venues, at www.conversationsnewyork.com.

This outdoor event is weather contingent: please check the website above at 8 a.m. on July 16th for final confirmation if conditions are problematical, and for notification about re-scheduling for the next Saturday, July 23rd, same time and place.
