Akashic Books presents Five Borough Noir

In 2004, Brooklyn independent press Akashic Books published a new anthology, Brooklyn Noir, comprised of all-new stories set in the borough. The book was a stunning success, and spawned a groundbreaking series of Noir books set in cities and regions around the globe. Tonight, Akashic brings it back to where it all started, with readings from five Noir books set in the boroughs of New York City, by the editors and contributors.
