Hisham Aidi examines American efforts to integrate Muslims in Europe, and the various initiatives launched by the US government to disseminate the American model of integration and “diversity management.” Hisham Aidi’s research interests include the politics of globalization, north-south relations, and social movements. His latest book is Rebel Music: Race, Empire, and the New Muslim Youth Culture.
