Amy Herzog and Will Eno

Amy Herzog’s The Great God Pan will premiere at Playwrights Horizons this fall and her play Belleville will open at the New York Theatre Workshop in early 2013. “She has a great, great facility for dialogue,” wrote Richard Nelson. “It’s clean, it’s simple, it’s evocative, it’s witty. It’s alive.” Will Eno’s Thom Pain (based on nothing)was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize and his Title and Deed was produced by the Signature Theatre in 2012. “He strikes me as being the real thing, a real playwright. He takes every chance,” wrote Edward Albee. “And he keeps the voice his own.”
