An American figurative painter based in Seattle, WA, Gale is the recipient of numerous awards including a Guggenheim Fellowship, and an Academy of Arts and Letters Museum Purchase Award. Her extensive exhibition history includes solo shows at the Portland Art Museum, OR, and the Weatherspoon Art Museum, Greensboro, NC. She is an Academician, National Academy of Art and Design, NY, and professor of painting and drawing, University of Washington School of Art, Seattle.

This exhibition is concurrent with a one-person exhibition of Ann Gale’s work, January 7 through February 15, 2015, at Steven Harvey Fine Arts Projects, NY.
