Matt Lewis and Renato Poliafito, the founders of the "Baked" bakery, give their signature “Baked” twists to famous desserts from across the country. In this illustrated lecture they take on our most treasured desserts: Banana Cream Pie, Black & White Cookies, Mississippi Mud Pie, and more--from the overworked to the underappreciated. They will not only showcase the recipes for many of the wonderful baken items from their bakeries, but they will also keep you well entertained in the process.
