The Beauty & Urgency of Justice!—a Holiday Event of Music & Vivid Comment

Come see and hear the Aesthetic Realism Theatre Company’s thrilling production “The Beauty & Urgency of Justice!—a Holiday Event of Music & Vivid Comment.” The performance will take place at the Aesthetic Realism Foundation, 141 Greene Street, SoHo, New York City.

Featured will be choruses from Handel’s Messiah—including the “Hallelujah” chorus—and from Judas Maccabaeus.

And there will be: “Holiday Songs Begin with the World’s Opposites!”—a performance of “The Little Drummer Boy,” “Silent Night,” “O Chanukah,” “God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen,” and many more, all with exciting commentary on the meaning of these songs for all of us now.

Eli Siegel, founder of Aesthetic Realism, described ethics as “the art of enjoying justice.” That, you’ll hear, is what Handel’s great music and the holiday songs have in them—and what America, and every person, is looking for!

The Aesthetic Realism Foundation is a not-for-profit educational foundation. Seating is on a first arrival basis, and you may call 212-777-4490 for reservations. Visit AestheticRealism.org and AestheticRealismTheatreCo.org.
