After columnist/author Bill Geist, the popular “CBS Sunday Morning” correspondent, went public with his struggle with Parkinson’s disease, he and his son Willie Geist, the co-host of the third hour of NBC’s “Today” show and MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” decided to write a book together, so that their children and grandchildren would have a record of their unique bond.
