Between the competing claims of democracy and aristocracy, amidst the din of ravished citizens and rageful soldiers, blooms a personal tragedy of one man’s, and a mother’s, emotional blindness. Chukwudi Iwuji (Old Vic’s Richard III, TFANA’s Tamburlaine, and The Public’s King Lear) will star, and Shakespeare Society Artistic Director Michael Sexton will direct.
