Animal behavior experts present new research on the complex and surprising ways animals communicate with each other — and with us. Featuring researchers from the Graduate Center and Hunter College: Ofer Tchernichovski (moderator), who studies birdsongs; Diana Reiss, author of The Dolphin in the Mirror: Exploring Dolphin Minds and Saving Dolphin Lives; and Julie Hecht, who writes the Scientific American blog “Dog Spies.”
