Acclaimed for her “tonal mastery” and “searing intensity,” violinist Kelly Hall-Tompkins is forging a dynamic career as a soloist and chamber musician. Winner of a Naumburg International Violin Competition Honorarium Prize as well as a Concert Artists Guild Career Grant, Ms. Hall-Tompkins has appeared as soloist with orchestras including the Dallas Symphony, Jacksonville Symphony, Tulsa Philharmonic, Chamber Orchestra of New York, and Philharmonic of Uruguay, in addition to numerous concerts and recitals in cities including New York, Washington, Toronto, Chicago, Baltimore, and Greenville, South Carolina, and at festivals in France, Germany and Italy. Children under 6 will not be admitted.

Reservation Policy:

Dweck Center programs are free of charge and reservations are required for most adult programs. Patrons who RSVP to programs will be seated before walk-ups. Unclaimed reservations will be released five minutes before the start of an event. We recommend arriving early. RSVP online at BrownPaperTickets.com or by phone at 718.230.2200.

Reservations for adult programs can be made with a BPL representative Monday-Friday from 9 am – 4 pm. For weekend events, reservations must be made by 4 pm on the Friday before the event takes place. Any reservations received after 4 pm will not be processed. If leaving a message, please slowly  and clearly state your first and last name, your phone number, the name and date of the program you would like to attend, and the number of tickets you are requesting (the maximum allowable is 3).

Classical Interludes is made possible in part by a generous gift from James J. O’Toole and is supported in part with public funds from the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Andrew Cuomo and the New York State Legislature and many generous individual donors.
