Although we often focus on the food and the service, restaurant dining is really the combination of food, service and environment. That's where architecture and design come in. This series of conversations between James Beard Award winning chefs and their architects and designers has been curated by the Restaurant Design committee of the James Beard Awards and The New School Food Studies program.
