Dining + Design: A Conversation With Dan Barber, Laureen Barber and Architect Peter Guzy

Although we often focus on the food and the service, restaurant dining is really the combination of food, service and environment. This series of conversations between James Beard Award winning chefs and their architects and designers has been curated by the Restaurant Design committee of the James Beard Awards and The New School Food Studies program. On April 22, speakers include Dan Barber of Blue Hill at Stone Barns; Laureen Barber of Blue Hill at Stone Barns; and Peter Guzy of Asfour/Guzy. Moderated by Mitchell Davis, Executive Vice President of the James Beard Foundation. The series continues on May 20 with Andrew Carmellini and architects Robin Standefer and Stephen Alesch and concludes on June 10 with David Chang and Anwar Mekhayech.
