The recent resurgence of city-based butchers, brewers, farmers and beekeepers is the latest chapter in a long and fruitful history of urban food production in NYC. Shulman hosts a panel with local food producers Andrew Cote, Kelly Taylor, Imran Uddin, and Ian Marvy. Samples will be served.
