Ethics Is a Force—2015! Songs About Labor

Aesthetic Realism Theatre Company performers will show the meaning of the songs they sing—and of the economic battle going on in America now. That meaning, with all the current turmoil, is enormously hopeful!

The audience will be moved, delighted and deeply educated, as the singers present what Eli Siegel, poet, critic, and founder of Aesthetic Realism, explained: “Labor is the only source of wealth. There is no other source, except land, the raw material….Every bit of capital that exists was made by labor, just as everything that is consumed is….Ethics is a force, like electricity, steam, the atom—and will have its way.”

This matinee, with its passion and clarity, will make everyone surer, clearer, stronger and proud.

Seating is available on a first-arrival basis, or you can make reservations by calling 212-777-4490. There is a suggested contribution of $15. The Aesthetic Realism Foundation is a not-for-profit educational foundation. Visit AestheticRealism.org.
