“Find Your Voice” Book Reading, Author Signing

Author, speaker and war survivor Sahar Paz (www.saharpaz.com) returns to her beloved New York to read from her recently published book, “Find Your Voice. The Life You Crave is a Conversation Away.”

Find Your Voice details the incredible journey from self-preservation to self-discovery for Iran native Sahar, who struggled with a “war-of-words” within that resulted in a trilogy of suicide attempts, including one on the Queensboro Bridge in 2005, before she finally “found her voice.” More than a memoir, this book provides tools for reflection and a guide, based in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, for tuning in to your authentic, powerful inner voice and creating the life you crave.

Today, Sahar is a survivor and change master, dedicated to transforming the lives of teens and women through her work as a speaker, author, yoga instructor and life coach.
