First Saturday for Families: Group Choreography

Join the New Museum and Vanessa Justice—one of the artists featured in the New Museum’s presentation “AUNTSforcamera”—for an interactive family workshop exploring what it’s like to be a choreographer. Inspired by circular movements such as spinning and children’s games, including “Ring Around the Rosie,” guests of all ages will experiment with creating different variations of “group choreography.” The workshop is part of the current R&D Season, organized around the theme of choreography, and will take place in the New Museum Theater.
