International Women’s Day Lightning Talks WAIT LIST ONLY

About This Event

During these four engaging lightning talks, get inspired by female leaders who are spearheading local innovation across a range of industries. They’ll discuss how they’ve pioneered gender equality, the challenges they faced, and provide key tips and strategies on taking action. After the talks, connect with people of all backgrounds in your community, and pledge to #BeBoldForChange in 2017.

As part of General Assembly’s ongoing efforts to foster an inclusive tech community and break down barriers to tech education, we are celebrating International Women’s Day 2017 by showcasing women who have taken groundbreaking action in their fields. Today, more than 40% of GA’s full-time students are female. We strive to continue to empower women in local communities to reach high, achieve their goals, and make an impact on the world.

Space is limited – guests will be admitted on a first come, first served basis.
