Dr. José Ramos-Horta, President (2007-2012), Prime Minister (2006-2007), Foreign Minister (2001-2006), Nobel Peace Prize Laureate (1996), presided over his country’s dramatic recovery from conflict in 2006 to peace and growth. He also writes occasionally on international conflicts.
