Akhil Reed Amar, Sterling Professor of Law and Political Science at Yale University, is the author of America’s Constitution: A Biography and America’s Unwritten Constitution. His most recent book is The Law of the Land: A Grand Tour of Our Constitutional Republic. Trevor W. Morrison (moderator) is Dean and Eric M. and Laurie B. Roth Professor of Law at New York University School of Law.
