China has some of the greatest cuisines in the world, but most have remained unknown … at least until now.

Carolyn Phillips, author/illustrator of two new books, All Under Heaven: Recipes from the 35 Cuisines of China and The Dim Sum Field Guide, tells us more about what to eat where, the history and culture that sets each region apart, and what weaves these cuisines together into a delicious whole. We will then segue into the fabulous world of dim sum, where we will explore (with tastings) the happy life of a teahouse gourmet.
