Mike Yard on Race, Immigration, and Comedy in NYC

Born in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Yard was named one of the most thought-provoking stand-up comedians today by the Black Comedy Awards. Greer is an associate professor of political science at Fordham University and frequent commentator on cable news. Her book Black Ethnics: Race, Immigration, and the Pursuit of the American Dream won the WEB du Bois Best Book Award in 2014.

This event will take place at 103 Orchard Street, at the corner of Delancey. It is free and seating is first-come, first-served. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m.
