Modern, Smart, & Yet Unsure: The Drama in Women about Confidence & Uncertainty

Speakers will be high school teacher of science Sally Ross, singer and performer Marion Fennell, and Devorah Tarrow, Aesthetic Realism consultant and sociologist.

Women of today, seemingly busier and more confident than ever, are still unsure. The speakers show how Aesthetic Realism, founded by the poet and critic Eli Siegel, makes beautiful, practical sense of this! As well as speaking about what they’ve learned about how to be honestly sure of oneself, Ms. Tarrow will speak about what women are learning in Aesthetic Realism consultations and about Jane Austen’s Sense and Sensibility. Ms. Fennell, a singer and performer will speak about the life and works of the singer Adele. And Ms. Ross will speak about scientist Rosalind Franklin.
