The MTA’s Next Big Thing: Fulton Center

James Carpenter of James Carpenter Design Associates, Mahadev Raman of ARUP, and  Vincent Chang of Grimshaw Architects were key players in the design and construction of downtown’s new Fulton Center, which, in its artistry and functionality, rivals the great transportation buildings of the past.
