In partnership with Urban Word NYC and NYC Votes, 92Y presents the New York City Youth Poet Laureate Slam Finals to identify youth writers and leaders who are committed to youth voting, poetry and performance, and social justice issues across NYC.

The event will showcase the top teen poets in NYC, as well as announce the 2015-16 NYC Youth Poet Laureate who will receive a book deal from Penmanship Books.
