Judith Dupré moderates what promises to be a lively discussion between architects Skidmore, Owings & Merrill; structural engineers WSP/Parsons Brinckerhoff; master planner Studio Libeskind; the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, owners of the site and other special guests.
