Orhan Pamuk’s new art book, The Innocence of Objects, takes readers inside his Museum of Innocence, which opened earlier this year in Istanbul. He is a “writer clearly in love with memory itself, and his hometown, and everything that’s been lost there,” wrote Pico Iyer. An English translation of Pamuk’s Silent House, his second novel, will also be published for the first time this fall.
