Pedro Almodóvar in Conversation + Q&A SOLD OUT

From November 29 to December 17, 2016, The Museum of Modern Art presents a complete retrospective of Pedro Almodóvar’s 20 feature films.

Opening on November 29 with a special screening of Almódovar’s latest work, Julieta (2016), the retrospective will include all of the director’s features, beginning with his first film Pepi, Luci, Bom, y otras chicas del montón (Pepi, Luci, Bom) from 1980. The complete screening schedule is now available. Pedro Almodóvar is organized by Rajendra Roy, The Celeste Bartos Chief Curator of Film, and La Frances Hui, Associate Curator, Department of Film, MoMA.

In conjunction with the retrospective, Pedro Almodóvar will participate in an evening-long conversation and Q&A at the Museum, led by Mr. Roy. That event will take place on Saturday, December 3, at 8pm, with tickets on sale November 19 via moma.org. The Museum will also host a Q&A with the actress Rossy de Palma, following a screening of Kika on Thursday, December 1. Tickets to the individual film screenings will be made available two weeks prior.
