Richard Flanagan (College of Staten Island, CUNY) will speak about his new monograph, on the structural transformations in the Democratic Party during the mayor’s second and third term, and will be joined by others addressing different facets of Wagner’s policy legacy, such as crime, housing, race, and poverty.
