Ronald Lockett: Prescient Voice | Panel Discussion

This gathering of notable scholars and curators explores the course of the self-taught, African-American Ronald Lockett’s artistic development, his influences, and the challenges his creative work brings to larger histories of American art.  Lockett’s work is on exhibit at the American Folk Art Museum from June 21 through September 18, 2016. Speakers include: Bernard L. Herman, Thomas Lax, Paul Arnett, and Dr. Valerie Rousseau.
