Rooms for the Younger Generation

Designing for children is not the same as designing for adults. A panel of experts will discuss the differences and will show examples of rooms and furnishings that make both youngsters and parents happy. Panelists include Aidan O’Connor, co-curator of “Century of the Child: Growing By Design, 1900-2000” on view at MoMA through November 5; Wendy Goodman, design editor, New York magazine; Penni Morgenstein, Psy.D, licensed psychologist; and Nancy Frank Breslin,  cohabiTOT, interior designer specializing in children’s rooms. Moderated by Judith Gura, author and faculty member at NYSID.
