Seriousness & a Good Time: Can a Woman Have Both?

This event has already taken place. Find a full list of upcoming events here.

When: Thu, Jul 12, 2012 at 6:30pm - 6:30pm

Where: Aesthetic Realism Foundation
141 Greene St.

Price: $10

Women have been confused, and also tormented, on this subject. A woman wants to be lighthearted: she wants to have fun. Yet so often when she does, she has the distress of feeling she has put aside her mind and lessened herself. The same woman can feel that when she's "serious" she's weighed down--not enjoying herself.

The answer both women and men long for is in this seminar! Consultant Carol Driscoll and Associates Barbara McClung and Helena Gvili will show what Aesthetic Realism is the philosophy to make clear: lightheartedness and seriousness are opposites that definitely can be one in us--to our great pride and pleasure.

They'll tell what they themselves learned; speak about women in the history of culture; and describe the education now taking place in Aesthetic Realism consultations.
