Shakespeare, Mozart–& The Victory You Want Most!

What do Shakespeare’s The Tempest and Mozart’s Flute Concerto in G have to do with one of the biggest matters in everyone’s life, and a huge question for nations? On Sunday, April 9th, at 2:30 PM, come hear and see, the Aesthetic Realism Theatre Company’s production of “Shakespeare, Mozart, &—The Victory You Want Most!” This exciting cultural event includes a dramatic presentation of “Shakespeare’s The Tempest—or, Darkness, I Love You!”—a profound and moving work by Eli Siegel, with scenes, magnificently acted, from the play.

Part 2 is “Mozart’s Flute Concerto in G Shows the Victory of Self-Questioning!” with performance and commentary by Barbara Allen (flute) and Edward Green (piano). The actors and musicians say:
“Hear how Shakespeare and Mozart powerfully and delightfully show: our greatest victory is not in domination, acquisition, running other people’s lives. It is to see the world and ourselves truly, with courage!”
