Joined by percussionist Jean Martin and violinist Jesse Zubot, Tagaq reclaims the film’s images of life in an early 20th century Inuit community in Northern Quebec. Tagaq employs exquisite improvisations with traditions roots, a style she has perfected over a decade of performances on major stages worldwide and through collaborations with Björk, Mike Patton and many more.
