Four lost souls are brought together to transport a truckload of explosive nitroglycerin across a foreboding South American jungle—and one seriously rickety rope bridge—in this palm-sweatingly tense thriller. Tangerine Dream’s pulse-pounding electronic score heightens the quivering, existential dread.

Screening will be followed by a Q&A with Academy Award-winning director William Friedkin and a book signing of his new memoir, The Friedkin Connection.
