Tara’s Crossing

An acclaimed play from Houses on the Moon Theater Company, “Tara’s Crossing” is the remarkable odyssey of a transgender asylum seeker who flees persecution in Guyana, only to wind up incarcerated in U.S. Immigration detention where she struggles to win her freedom.

Written and directed by Jeffrey Solomon, and inspired by interviews with LGBT asylum seekers from around the globe, the cast features Aundre Chin, Ian Eaton, Nysheva-Starr, Jeffrey Solomon and Emily Joy Weiner.
