Following Israel ’s recent elections, 92Y and Ari Shavit bring together leading thinkers representing a spectrum of views. Included on the panel are Ari Shavit, Israeli columnist and author of the highly acclaimed New York Times bestseller My Promised Land: The Triumph and Tragedy of Israel; Peter Beinart, Associate Professor of Journalism and Political Science at the City University of New York and author of The Crisis of Zionism; Abraham H. Foxman, National Director of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) and known throughout the world as a leader in the fight against anti-Semitism and prejudice; and Dan Senor, an investor, founder of the Foreign Policy initiative, co-author of The New York Times bestseller Start-Up Nation: The Story of Israel’s Economic Miracle, and was senior advisor to Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan. Additional panelists to be announced.

We will begin the program with opening remarks by Ari Shavit, followed by the panel’s reaction and discussion on the challenges facing the Jewish and wider world today regarding Israel and its future.
