This is an exhibition space devoted exclusively to the display and promotion of new and experimental art. Its history involves some of the most important working contemporary artists worldwide. In addition to a variety of retrospects, site-specific installations, and historical surveys, MoMA PS1 also hosts a summer program that combines the visual arts and music, featuring performances by DJs and live bands.
