Susan Leicher, author of The New York Women’s Foundation’s Voices From the Field series, reads from her debut novel Acts of Assumption, the story of two young women whose love is challenged by the faith and cultural differences of their communities.  A book signing follows.

A portion of the proceeds from the book will be donated to The New York Women’s Foundation’s IGNITE! Program for Girls and Young Women.

Light refreshments will be served.  Registration is required.

The event is hosted by The New York Women’s Foundation.
