Adam Rudolph’s Go: Organic Orchestra and Brooklyn Raga Massive

This project brings together two innovative groups—Adam Rudolph’s Go: Organic Orchestra and Brooklyn Raga Massive—for an exploration into new dimensions, based around India’s raga and tala traditions. Go: Organic Orchestra has been pushing the boundaries of large ensemble music for over 20 years. Brooklyn Raga Massive is at the forefront of a raga renaissance, featuring a who’s who of young Indian musicians. Marking the release of the album Ragmala, Rudolph leads over 20 musicians—including legends Hamid Drake and Gnawa master Hassan Hakmoun—on spontaneous excursions, ranging from meditative to ecstatic.
