Is there an American cuisine, and if so, what is it? Join Paul Freedman, author and Yale University Professor of History, as he explores the question of our national cuisine and its evolution, beginning with New England staples such as cranberry-sauce tart, roast turkey, and johnnycakes. Tastings included, such as Mock Turtle Soup and the original Waldorf Salad.
