Join Paul Freedman, author and Yale University Professor of History, as he explores the question of our national cuisine and its evolution, beginning with New England staples such as cranberry-sauce tart, roast turkey, and johnnycakes. Tastings included, such as Mock Turtle Soup and the original Waldorf Salad.
