The extraordinary Cassini spacecraft ended its 13-year mission in 2017 with a fiery plunge into Saturn. Its reach extended across our solar system’s distant sixth planet and the objects in its orbit. Planetary scientist Jani Radebaugh discusses the storms and structures Cassini revealed in Saturn’s colorful atmosphere, the movement and order of its complex rings, and the surface of its moons.
