An Evening With Stan Douglas

Artist Stan Douglas discusses his recent work Doppelgänger (2019) on the occasion of the work’s United States premiere. This new video installation conjures Douglas’s longstanding interests in doubling, alternate histories, and technologies of seeing, through the lens of quantum entanglement and science fiction. The artist will unpack these themes and place Doppelgänger in the context of his nearly three decades of work in still and moving images.

$25, $20 members, $18 students. Ticket price includes same-day museum admission.

Co-organized with David Zwirner Gallery.
