Anabella Lenzu will read passages from her new book Teaching and Learning Dance Through Meaningful Gestures, show short dance videos from her company’s repertory, and hold a Q&A session.  The new book is the fruit of Anabella’s 35 years as a dancer teacher, scholar, and pedagogue across three continents.  Teaching and Learning Dance Through Meaningful Gestures explores how technique is a philosophy and a theory, and how the body is an instrument for expression.  Admission is free, but RSVP is required at [email protected]
