There is an acute housing crisis in almost every American city, but the causes and components vary from region to region. This seminar will explore why the fast-food, fast-growth landscape of Central Florida has less affordable housing than any other metro area, and will draw some lessons about solutions for tackling the challenge of guaranteeing housing security and income equity.
