Asian American Film Thing: Shorts, Comedy & Performances

A curated night of Asian American short films, live performances, and community at littlefield to close out AAPI Month.

ASIAN AMERICAN FILM THING is a celebration of Asian American filmmakers through a curated screening of short films (films, not pants).

The evening will feature an array of narrative fiction, documentaries, animation, sketches, music videos, and experimental work- some polished, some works in progress, but all worth watching!

Come early to mingle, grab a drink, and connect with fellow filmmakers, artists, and film lovers before the screening begins.

This showcase highlights shorts that present Asian Americans in ways Hollywood too often overlooks-powerful, funny, complex, and fully human. The night explores identity, creativity, and the power of visual storytelling.
