One More Thing is an endlessly entertaining, surprisingly sensitive and startlingly original debut collection that highlights a range of subjects, themes, tones and narrative voices, including a boy who wins $100,000 in a box of cereal, a school principal who plans to permanently abolish arithmetic, and an ambulance driver who desires to follow his heart to become a singer-songwriter and many more.

Novak is one of the Emmy Award-winning writers of NBC’s “The Office.” He is also recognized for his standup comedy performances and his roles in motion pictures such as Quentin Tarantino’s Inglourious Basterds and Disney’s upcoming Saving Mr. Banks. He is a graduate of Harvard University with a degree in English and Spanish literature.
