Belafonte Legacy: On the Shoulders of a Giant

The Harry Belafonte Alumni Group will be performing excerpts from “TURN THE WORLD AROUND: The Music  and Legacy of Harry Belafonte.”

This will be a theatrical representation aggregating material from concerts presented at the City College Center for the Arts over the past 3 years; it is currently under development for international touring and the Broadway stage.

The event, featuring live music at its center, will also incorporate fun tidbits and anecdotes sourced from Mr. Belafonte’s Music and Production Team, spanning relationships formed during almost 50 years of touring the world together.
