BOOK LAUNCH: THE NEW YORK WAGES FOR HOUSEWORK COMMITTEE: HISTORY, THEORY, DOCUMENTS, 1972–1977 WITH SILVIA FEDERICI

The book describes the activities of a New York based feminist organization campaigning for wages for housework. It is an archival book, in that it contains many of the material the New York Wages for Housework Committee produced: documents – for internal discussion and public use, pamphlets, flyers, photographs, discussions of events the NY Committee or other feminist groups organized. It is an important addition to the history of the feminist movement in the United States.
