Bronx Music Heritage Center Talk with Elena Martinez and Bobby Sanabria

Bronx Music Heritage Center is the cultural arm of WHEDco (Women’s Housing & Economic Development Corporation) whose mission is to present and celebrate the Bronx’s musical and cultural heritage. Artistic Directors Folklorist Elena Martinez and Jazz musician and educator Bobby Sanabria introduce the vision of the venue using slides and videos. In brief, BMHC’s goal is to bring together artists to present programs and performances that reflect the Bronx’s living landscape and soundscape. Learn exciting news as BMHC will soon move programming to WHEDco’s new building, Bronx Commons, and from there, present as the Bronx Music Hall.
